Have you tried letting the local real estate clubs know. www.creonline.com has a list of real estate clubs that may be helpful. It is not an all inclusive list. The clubs have to register with the website but it might be a start. On the web entry page scroll down the index to resources and then click on real estate clubs. Have you tried contacting investors in the area and letting them know what you have. Sounds like a great deal for someone. Advertise, advertise!!!!

Besides looking up real estate club, you might also want to look in the newspaper classified ad for ads that says, "I buy home at any conditions" or " I pay cash for houses" These ads are usually real estate investors. Good luck and these looks like are great deals.

First off, welcome to the DG family we are happy to have you here. Second, let me say good for you! All these wonderful folks have great suggestions for you, also get the numbers from any bandit signs you see around. They're all investors too. You can even put your OWN bandit signs up at the exits of the local Wal-mart or busy grocery stores parking lot in the area of the houses. Put a for sale sign up on the properties, put an ad on craigslist, backpage.com, myspace, yahoorealestate, any and all sites that allow you to post, the more the better. Even youtube! You can video tape the houses, like virtual tours and give the contact info, I hear that's the latest new thing... Good luck, let us know how you do!

Do not forget your marketing. Placing ads, signs, flyers and so on can bring buyers faster than you looking for them. There are a lot of great books on creating marketing - find one that fits your personality, read it and apply. Dean's Automated Foreclosure Finder program is excellent for this. The one thing that I will make a note of in marketing is the need for a good heading. Make sure the heading is catchy. This is, in my opinion, the most important part of marketing. Again, Dean does a great job here.

Hey Rose, you can also look in your newspaper for investor adds and call them to market the home. Try pulling up Craig's list, under real estate and place an add for them.

DG COACH, you guys are on the ball, man, no seriously though, i agree with pjacobs(on this one,lol), i have listings on craigslist, AND www.backpage.com, thats another good one, and make sure you re-list every week or so, as your listing will go directly to the bottom(where most people don't look), i guarantee you, you will get new investors/buyers from doing this.
