By doing nothing.
Like Mr. Graziosi says; “Don’t be afraid to ask. Make it happen.” Well, here's the big deal for me! My friend is into flipping houses and it seemed he went broke trying to rehab his house. He was going to miss his own house payment, a few other bills and not even have enough to finish the house. So I offered to give him five thousand dollars to make it through the month, but he had to give me 50% of whatever the house sold for that was profit. He said he would call me back. He obviously agreed to this and I was able to give him the money. This was a month ago. Apparently the house just sold three days ago. I netted 15,000.
How did I make this happen? By taking charge and using a situation to my advantage. We’re businessmen and women, our goal is to find the best deal we can. I, being twenty years old, was able to convince a fifty year old man to make the deal –I- wanted. My journals are usually serious yet written with a comedic flare, because that’s who I am.
But I wanted to post this in a serious light to motiviate and show people that if –I- can do it, YOU can do it.

I do have one question. Where did you get the $5000? Just curious. It's like Dean's #3 deal....you helped someone out of a situation. You helped them and it was a win-win situation.
