Do you mean a letter you'd send to the homeowner? At this point, if it's gone to the stage of being public information they're probably getting bombarded with letters from investors already. So yours has to really stand out from the crowd.

Elena hi. Yes i mean a letter to the homeowner. In pre-foreclosure that is not public yet. Homeowners that are behind on mortgage and are not yet thinking about foreclosure yet. They want to stay current but are finding it impossible. I have a list in my target area.
