Pooling Private Lenders

Pooling Private Lenders

Is it possible to pool private lending monies and if so is it legal. If you do not have enough money from one private lender to purchase a property and you want to use another one to complete the transaction.

Secondly, since using a private lender gives you more control than a hard money lender (because they have the control, how can one attract private lending other than friends and family? Are there ways to attract or advertise to private lenders.

Pooling

Rina,

Much appreciated, I had looked for this topic but I guess I did not look thoroughly. Thank you for bringing me back to this subject as I found out what I needded to know about pooling from private investors. Sounds really complicated but I think it is safe to stick with one Private Lender at a time for legalities for now. I did not realize it becomes a regulation by the SEC at some point but I understand why now.

Rina,
You are so right............It can be time consuming. I had asked before if most recent posts could be top side as it is easier to access but I assumed it could not be done.

Anyway, I am sure the hosts of the website are doing what they can. It would be nice to make the website user friendly in locating topics right away and only showing most recently posted on the top rather than having to scroll two pages to get to the most recent message. It becomes a journey.

Thanks for all you do Rina!
