This is just what I needed. I have been diligently searching for houses to assign to investors. Since I cannot drive around all day looking for "ugly houses" It's great to know that I can search for houses at home on the internet.Thanks for these links I will check them out.

A warning though. If you do buy a property off the internet have someone you know and trust or a realtor check the property out before you buy it. I made the mistake of buying online from a tax sale and it was a complete DUMP! So just do your homework on it before you sign on the dotted line.

This is one of my cardinal rules, i also apply this with auction properties too, NEVER buy a property without first seeing it. Good point to bring up E

Has anyone had success with craigslist? It is tons of posting on there. I have been advertising Lease Options on there and no success yet. Any Suggestions.

I have been posting on craigslist & backpage ever since i got started, are the results spectacular, ummmm, NO!, but it's FREE advertising and occationally i DO get a lead or 2.

I've found that I can post an ad on a Saturday and get tons of responses but post the same ad on a Sunday and get none! So I recommend testing your ad on different days and at different times to see what works best for you. You might also want to post and ad on the real estate wanted AND real estate for sale sections, try a diffent ad with a bangin title, you've got to test it to see what works best then stick with that. I know that some investors pay a service to post their adds three times a day so they'll stay on the top of the heap. Hope this helps!
