OfflineOk, I don't think I've seen a forum for this yet. I, for one, love to hear success stories. In this forum post what the bottom line was.
We can keep the entries short and sweet. I am going to make the assumption that we are all also trying to help someone else in the process of doing a deal (the seller, buyer on assignments, renters, etc.)
With that said, how much did you make on your latest deal? It can be in lump sum cash, equity, monthly cash flow, however it worked for you. Let us all know so everyone can see how profitable this business can be for their families.

My last deal was an assignment. I made $17,800 assigning it, plus I made back all the money I paid in rent for six months $6,400, and another $1,722 for my half of payment on the roof repair. So I walked away from that deal with a grand total of $25,922!! SUWEEEEEEEEEET!

That one's from a couple months ago. I've done a couple of deals since, but only made like $15,000 on one and/ $200mo cash flow, and the other will be future profit. I haven't found any deals as good as Anita's, but I'm sure working on it! And it DOES add up, little by little!
I'll sure take all the little ones while I'm working on the big ones. lol
