Thank you Anita. I am looking in to it too. I do hold a license as loan originator. I do know what I can't do. The question is what I can do.

a US citizen to buy real estate. If you have your green card, then you are elgible to do any type of real estate investing and buy properties as any American. The green card allows you to work and to be employed just like any American. It gives you the right to live in this country permenantly and earn a living just anyone else, but it doesn't give you the right to vote in politic in local, state and government.

If you don't have any credit history, i suggest you find properties and assign them. I hope it helps, good luck and happy investing.

I'm trying to get a credit card so as to start build credit history will see what comes out of it. I handle the financial side at home so my husband has a very good credit. And you are right I will start with the assign the deals. Thanks to all who is trying to help.

That is the problem I don't, my husbands credit history is clean and a very high score I did all the work for him I applied for credit cards got no for the answer. But I keep trying I only want $300 to start with. Hope these time it get true.

One thing you can to to get your credit started is to take $300 dollars and open a savings account at a bank and then ask for a credit card with a $300 limit secured by the deposit. That is a good way to start building your credit
