As we all know, the market for selling is terrible for sellers, but for buyers, they are the ones that are having the advantage to steal our homes{ SO TO SPEAK } Don't allow them to steal your house, It's not like we are being pushed out of our door, unless one would be in a foreclosure situation. The MKT in the U.S is terrible in every state. Our economy is in trouble. Cindy.

Cindy,
Can relate to REI in WV as I reside there as well...however, a few areas do seem on the upswing (Clarksburg, etc)...
Did you enjoy Dean's book? Just got it last Wed and hope to finish this week...it and the forums are awesome as I've been learning a lot!![Smiling Smiling](http://mail.deangraziosi.com/modules/smileys/packs/example/smile.png)
"All great social and intellectual movements begin with a group of interested friends." CS Lewis
And we know that for those who love God, that is, for those who are called according to his purpose, all things are working together for good.

I agree with Cindy. It's not the best market to sell but for the buyers, it's a free for all. I have my property on the market but I have a plan. I'll sell it for up to $10,000 less than fmv, knowing in some areas of the city, I can purchase a newer (less than 5 years old) for almost half. So, make the most of the market!
