I purchased Deans book in hope that i could make just alittle change in my families lives. I was hoping to purchase my first home in a few months but in NYC things aren't as affordable as people might think. with bad credit and no money to put down on a home things are extremely hard. I saw a few homes i thought was ok for this program and was about to try it but people started talking and i got discouraged. so now im back here with the hopes that someone can give me some insite on making this happen. please help me!!
