1ST TIME BUYER

I am new to this and i'm looking for the best way to get started. I own my own home now and do not have any extra cash to invest at the moment do to my large note. I am interested in investing in rental properties locally. Is there anyone that can advise me on the best course of action at this point? I am open to anything.

I THINK...

you should start looking for PRE-FORECLOSURES,FORECLOSURES AND REO's, they seem to provide the most profit potential right now.Renting a single family home out would be perfect, they APPRECIATE the fastest and RENT very easily, in my area whats renting is 3br,1.5ba,1,500-2,000 sq.ft.YOUR HERO,SULLY.
