Contracts needed

Contracts needed

It is very expensive to have contracts drawn up... we can have lawyers draw them up but it would be a huge help if Dean could post sample contracts for a complete assignment deal. The contracts that are currently posted are not complete and some are confusing. Thank you!

Contracts

I've found it helpful to download contracts from my state's real estate website. It contains the contracts the realtors are req'd. to use. I also found a local real estate investing website that contains contracts I can also download for free.

I have found another valuable website much like this one. It includes some things this one does not. It has an extensive glossary and has free contracts.
