Anyone know if there are loans available to someone with good credit who is interested in buying a foreclosure?

OF COURSE! getting a loan

OF COURSE! getting a loan for a foreclosure is just like getting a loan for a regular piece of property. There are minimal differences, just get with a real estate agent and a mortgage broker and they will walk you through it.It just depends on if it is a pre-foreclosure or a REO property. Each route has different steps to take in aquireing the property.

Yes

Find and lock up up (on contract) a absolute killer deal, one priced way below value, or one you have great idea for that will dramatically increase the value and the investment capital won't be far behind. Keep the deal quiet until it is locked up and push out the closing date 45 days if at all possible. That will give you time to put the word out and find the investors.

RE: Funds

All of the comments that have been posted are all great ideas and I would have to agree with all of them.
You can always get a list of investors or first time home buyers ahead of time and then when you come across a good deal get it under contract and then contact those interested buyers.
