Can anyone refer me to a guide or info. for general cost repairs and estimates for evaluation on fixer uppers.
There are a number of websites on the CAREI website I can refer you to. They have you enter the level of rehab., e.g., economy, medium, luxury, and then give you a general price point. If you're interested, then email me at svonhurst@greenstreetinvesting.com.
This is very much location dependent. For me, California > Las Vegas > Phoenix. I am sure there are plenty of areas that are less than Phoenix.
It sounds like you aren't going to do the work yourself. DO you have an idea what types of repairs you are looking at. Call some local contractors or handyment. That will be a much closer estimate.
