OfflineI think im very Green and it shows!!!!! I just finished Deans book and wanted to try my hand at short sales. The book gave me a lot of great insight and I knew 1 person that is in pre-foreclosure but its as if Im totally clueless as to what I do next. Im so excited but lost. Can anyone help this Green Hornet Out????????
