I've posted some adds on craigs list but haven't gotten a response yet. Well strike that as I was writing this message I got a response LOL. Also should I be making my business cards if I have not registerd or LLC yet?

Dont worry about you NOT having an LLC yet, neither do i and my business cards have my Future Business name on them, I plan on changing that soon, get your first deal, then start an LLC, SULLY

I would get my LLC as well. They're not just for shelter or tax purposes, they are also ways to get business lines of credit you can use for your REI. So YES get your LLC too.
