I live and invest in NC also. You picked a great time to get into real estate. There are lots of deals to be had. Go for it!!!!!

I am from Charlotte, NC and the real estate market is going at a fast pace. I just joined Dean on my birthday 6/18 and I am a novice. I am in the process of trying to lock up a deal with a realtor friend of mine. Get with someone that knows the business, the market trends, etc. A trusted mentor would be very helpful. Get going and know that you can do this!
