If possible, take photographs of each house: the outside, the major rooms, the yard, and extra features that you like or ones you see as potential problems. And don’t hesitate to return for a second look. Utilize the DIGITAL CAMERA, because “A picture is worth a thousand words”.

Don't forget to keep a log of the houses you look at for tax purposes down the road. Date looked at, time you went out, miles to travel to the prop, and any other notes to throw in. It will be a plus at tax time...Jan
