OfflineHow do you get banks,Lenders and Trustee's to talk to you when they just say we cann't talk to you or you have to wait til it goes to a realitor. Is there a trick to trying to get through to a person and make a deal before it goes to a realitor?

All lenders will use a particular agency and a particular agent in that agency to do their listings of REO properties. If you want to be first in line, find that agent. They can show you the property the minute it's placed on the MLS (the agent will put it into the MLS).
If you are working with an agent now, have them pull the listing on REO properties, look on the comps to see who the listing agent is. Contact one of them and go from their.

I just got back from a walk thru with an agent who is holding a ton of REO's and the great thing is he loves to work with investors. PJ is so right. Find a realtor who is holding REO's, get on his list, look at properties, make offers. I was not realtor friendly before, but it is changing. If I can do it, anyone can...good luck........Jan
