I was happy to purchase the book for our personal growth and giving back to the Oklahoma recovery but I am more happy that we belong to a program that actually cares about us, our self improvement, improving our business and making a difference for others to have something better by giving back.

Lead by example and Dean certainly is an example to follow. His genuine care for our success and giving back is what life and good business is all about.

I caught that little comment about being a "visual learner", and it reminded me of a situation an my j.o.b.

We just had a new industrial kiln installed next to our current one and the systems technician assigned to orient us on how to operate it was a "hands on learner" who made sure we knew what we were doing by showing and having us DO what we needed to know.

I was just wondering if you could, as an addition to your books, give us some visual walk-through of a few real estate transactions from start to finish? Say, one wholesale deal, one buy-fix & hold/flip and a sandwich lease option?

Just an idea for those of us who, for whatever reasons, may just have an easier time observing the situation rather than just reading a theoretical situation and imagining it's implementation.

I have the books and they're great! I would just like to see a visual demonstration even if it's just a re-enactment.

Would such an idea be possible?

Being a thinking person, and I'll admit, a bit of a skeptic, I went to Amazon before deciding whether or not to order, to see what professional reviewers had to say about this book, and also to find out what regular customers who purchased it thought. (I don't do ANYTHING blindly or just because someone else says I should; I prefer to make my OWN decisions !)
I found very mixed reviews -- there didn't seem to be too much gray area, people either loved it or hated it. But those reviews did serve the desired purpose -- to make me curious enough to read for myself. However, I'm not ordering, but will instead look for the book at my local library.
For me, the main reason not to order is this: I'm ashamed of Dean for admitting that he's making money from this promotion -- it makes him sound no better than all the other shills on the internet that he demeans. While I have no argument with the philanthropic aspect of the promotion, I was turned off by Dean's offer of only SOME of the proceeds. If a man of his wealth wanted to be TRULY philanthropic, he would donate ALL proceeds. As for the rest of us, we can certainly donate on our own through any number of agencies.
So I hope the book will convince me that Mr Diamandis has some valid theories/arguments. I would love to hear other DG member's views on the book. I'll post a review once I've had a chance to get through it. I hope others will also. Let's start a discussion !

I have wasted time and money on RE gurus, and never had the confidence or right knowledge to do a deal. PLUS had no one to work with.
When I started to follow Dean, I found him to honest, upfront, and reachable to everyone who needed his help. And he offers so much so we can meet each other and network to grow and get deals done.
Dean offers all we need, and I personally don't think his site should be used by others to push these gurus that are not with Dean
This is his site and he allows us to do alot on here to help each other and to even promote something else.
But that is not fair to him.
We grow and network by trying, not by sitting back and saying, well I can't because....
I think Dean is the greatest, and he gives a lot of himself to help us, and gives a lot back to those in need, like those hit in natural disasters.

Dean, Even if I didn't believe things were going to get better, just the excitement in your voice I would buy anything! But with that said I know your heart and even let's say I buy the book and don't read it just know it is going for a good cause. I wasn't looking for the book but I was actually trying to find a way to donate to OK. Thanks for that avenue with a bonus. Thanks for the encouragement along the path. Thanks for allowing us to be part of the picture and a part of your HEART.

Are you plugged into the NSA or IRS or something? It seems like you can see my inbox full of other gurus and the offers about and from their friends pitching this and that. Some of it is interesting but I NEED TO FOCUS on DG and work that plan! All of these other things have created "paralysis by analysis", with me anyway, and it is stopping me. I seem to be looking waiting for that ONE IDEA that "switches the light on in my head". Instead I need to focus on DG where you probably offer most of the other things the other gurus cover.
Nice touch on the book to OK victims. They are one tough bunch but I am sure they could use the small hand up.

I soooo need this! I am so frustrated with myself and my negative thinking. It is absolutely draining the life out of me. I can't seem to get past it, so I will definitely be pouring through this book.
I love the way you help others out, Dean, like those in Oklahoma, or on the east coast, and such. I have the same desires in my heart to help so many. I have great plans to accomplish this. But I need this kind of help you offer here. Some day soon, I'm gonna lick this scarcity and defeated mindset of mine...
