Thank you....this site is literally ....like coming home...the comfort and sharing is incredible. It has been a long and trying year so far but this is where one can "recharge their batteries". I know that I have to make more time and do more research on (not finding the deals as I can do that --) finding potential investors/buyers. Hi Dean,

As always, your positive energy keeps me going. sometimes I think maybe is too late I should just give up and just stick to a 9-5 job; then I watch you, and know for sure that you have shown me the way to make things happen and I just have to keep trying.

My problems are about communication. Whenever I start doing it something always happens. My phone breaks down, right now my laptop got damaged.
So yes, I hope I can win your iPad!

It is really helpful for me because I have the nay sayers and negative people all around. My own mother told me I can't do it. My biggest support is my husband and I'm glad we are in this learning experience together and have all of the knowledge and like minded people on this site. It is a wonderful wealth of knowledge and help. Thank you so much for creating this and the weekly blogs always seem to hit something I am needing a tip or encouragment on. I lost my job about a month ago and I'm soaking up all of the information possible and want to make this my full time career. What it means to me is that I am not alone... that there are those I can turn to if I start to lose my bearings. And that gives me greater courage to keep moving forward and to keep asking the questions I need answered, in order to learn and gain a level of comfort with this new field.
So, it makes me feel supported... which gives me strength and confidence...

What it means is that I'm not alone. Every time I think of a question to ask...I find the answer in FAQ or a blog. Every time I have self-doubt...I find the inspiration I needed to dispel negativity.

As I learn this business and grow...I grow with a community of like minded people excited and worthy of this blessing.

Today I set up my LLC and Business license. I have been creating my buyers list and have been completely devouring all the resources I've obtained. This really is amazing. Thank you so much for your generosity.

Helping others to find quality real estate investments to help revive a neighborhood is to be apart of something bigger than just making money.

I sit at work every week and write the date on my work papers - thinking another day has gone by and I have not taken action in real estate investing. I need to get active and take action. I liked this video on Facebook. I look forward to next weeks Weekly Wisdom.

My son I just returned from our weekend retreat. It was the best decision that we have ever made. We are looking forward to the upcoming events and our first trip to Las Vegas together. The support and encouragement that we are getting is the best and we know we couldn't do this without it. Thanks again,

I haven't used the site in a while until I received an e-mail with a video blog in it several weeks ago. I want to get involved and learn as much as I can in order to gain financial success and I wish it to all who try. I want to be "in it to win it" as your guest stated in the blog.
Among the tons of infomercials I have viewed over the last several years, yours seems to surface about the time I question myself about my current financial situation. I believe it to be a sign. It's true -- the energy of being with others with similar vision is empowering! I went to my first DG training in March of this year and now have 9 rental houses creating cash flow. I'm getting ready to wholesale some and buy more! Lovin' it!
