Well said Wisdom John. I too have been late in getting back to these sellers from the bandit signs A time or two. It is not a good practice because you become known as someone who is not reliable. Using an assistant if you do not have time to do it yourself is the wisest choice. Excellent wisdom as bandit signs and getting back to the callers are a priority.

When I first ever ever put out bandit signs I've probably got 100 calls from 50 signs. I only talked to the people I answered the phone with and left a bunch of voicemails untouched. Who knows what deals I could of gotten!!! This is when I was using an old Trac Pre Paid Phone but the serviced timed out cause I went broke lol terrible terrible mistake.
