Im working on getting into the game. Im on the south shore and am interested in assigning. I stumbled on some good finds before reading Deans books, but didn't know how to execute the deals. Now that Im more educated, Im hoping to find some more. We should stay in touch and build this group back up!

we joined this group a while ago. However there were not many locals here then. Welcome all to the group indeed
We have been attacking the eastern part of the state. We gre up in Boston proper, lived in Middleboro, and Wareham as well. We now live in N central MA, by Mt Wachussett, but as you know, it is a small state.
We just attended the Inner Circle porgram and are getting our year end tax planning in order.
We need fellow briddogs, on the Southshore,
Metro west, Middlesex, and Essex counties. We put in hundereds of a offers a month and a local walk through, picture takers, would be greatly appreciated and helpful. We have dozens of buyers throughout the state looking for work
We have attended Boots on the ground, 3 day seminar, and the buying summit in Nevada. Have studied with Dean contiuouly. Please inquire if we can work together and share the win win win

Hi all!! I live in the South shore area and I am looking to build my team to get this going and looking for a kick ass realtor. Then a Mortgage Broker and Build a Buyer list. I was dropping off my Daughter @ high school This morning and realized that there is still plenty of homes out there that are for sale or that are empty looking that are for sale!!! There will be never ending supply of deals like Dean says!! Peoples lives change all the time so that means there will always be deals!! for example (death in family,have to move,loss of job)so lets help each other and get this group going!!! I am so positive that I will make a deal come together because of what Deans has taught me in the books but I will need help from you guys and me help you too!!! so please get back to me on this ok??

It nice to see all you investors are jumping on the Dean page, and engaging each other. I to went to the boot camp i also have an LLC started in the past couple of months. I have noticed that networking is the best way to get ones feet wet. whether it be looking for bird dogs, investors, buyers,cash buyers etc... I am looking for house all over the state i have some cash buyers. I am willing to get a great team of motivated people together.
