My advice is to keep reading learning and doing as much as you can every day about real estate and eventually something will click, and when it dose all the time and work that you put in will be more than worth it. Since I am also just starting if I figure something out before you do I let you know. Inspiration is what helps us all see the light at the end of the tunnel, so keep your head up and keep pushing forward and I am sure you will succeed. Good luck Trey.
