Today I spent time reading 30 days to Real Estate Cash and I'm fired up!
So, Yesterday I started the book and I did my homework; finding out my true why, setting goals and visiting the website, I must say it feels great!
Today I printed my homework page and I will start checking off that list as soon as I have posted this blog (which is my first blog ever).
The reason I am blogging about this is to basically get me out of my comfort zone. I figure everyone that might be reading this has been exactly where I sit right now and can relate.
I have done part of my homework already by creating a game plan for tomorrow. I will be using Mat's plan and calling real estate companies in order to recruit a few real estate agents for my team! I really like the idea of faxing the introduction sheet to the real estate companies and having interested agents call me but I don't have access to faxing abilities. It may be a good thing because it will force to get comfortable on the phone.
