Today is the day that I start to blog. I listened to Dean's # 2 Video and then to Andrea and she said to start a blog on the DG site. Well this was the first time I had heard of blogging on DG's site so I decided I would give it a go and here I am.
I was going to start yesterday but you wouldn't believe the things that came up and prevented me. So I decided that no matter what I was getting this started today.
I enrolled in Dean's Success Academy in March of this year and I have had some trying times getting this off the ground. But Sept the 5th, I found a deal. I was a bit slow moving in on it and did not get my offer accepted because there were 3 other offers on the property. But I learned some things and I am now working on finding more great deals. I am so looking forward to making my first wholesale deal this month. As a matter of fact that is my goal for this month.

I was going to post everyday, what happened! I forgot to come back here until today. Posting is so new to me and I can't see how it can help. But everyone seems to think it is the greatest thing and it has help them, so I am going to post as well.
I am really having trouble, the US market is different from the Canadian market. I sure wish I could find some one who is from Canada and has done some deals in the US from Canada. If it is possible then there should be some people who has done it. I really want to make this happen.

Andrea is on Live now and again she talked about blogging. I still haven't done my first deal. But I am going to do my first deal. I am going to be successful.
