was asked by dean and matt and what dean and joe talked about on june 29th 2011 .. i called and got a realitor the first time REMAX and it was my moms realitor . i thought to myself he took care of her so i would like to repay the favor and do the same as well.. i explained i just became an investor and would like to bring u on as one of my team members I( my inner circle ) and explained to him that i have a cpa , re lawyer , a broker , and need a special realitor that wants to work an investor that is going to have lots of bids to put in and alot are not going to get accepted but there is going to be another then another then another etc etc etc that do come our way and thats what i am looking for can u make this happen for both of us.. his answer was yes .. and then the next question came from him .. how and what are u looking for .. i gone on to explained,i want all the as is , vacate not lived in.. , on the market for more than 90 days , reduced prices on homes , cash buyers , where was the hot areas buying and selling, fannie mae, the freddy macs , and finally ifi left out this and that its because i dont have the list in front of me right now of all that i asked .. i asked for REO's and he said yes and i said for big banks or little banks .. his answer i work with all the banks and do their reo .. BAM right in my hands whats that saying one call thats .... cant remember oh year ,,, one call i hit the jackpot .. there it is fell in my lap .. then asked him can u do this for me today that was at 230 pm and at 315 pm had 25 listings ,, 910 pm that nite have 15 more .. and 930 1 more.. and then he called me and said that he would get the cash buyers and price reductions to me in the morning .. went wellout of his way .. here here for my realtor here here so i went through almost of them will finish up tomorrow and send my bids out by thursday .. glad we have perople out there too not only show me where the money is.. but how i can get there and stay on that side of the rainbow woot woot here here

i wanted to last say is i was lucky but i asked the questions and did it in such a way that i made the realitor feel that what he was doing for me will make both parties money and that i would do all the hard work and make the propsals . and all he had to do was show me what properties i wanted to bids on and if he thought like a inverstor realitor working for an investor and/or investing company that the bids i make and give to him is as an investor not a consumer / full price buyer then this will work and he is onboatrd with that all the way .. and i have asked to contact me on all bids i put in and the rusults by email .. and i said if i do resumit not saying i will this will give me an idea of what they might be going with this particular property so i make this hard on me as well as him but reasure that he will be and feel all his hard work would be returned to him 10 folds and worth his time in the long run as long as he does it the way i have learned .. the end .. oh yeah the dg quote ( we think of everything )
