Need advice, Is this Real Estate Broker good for my Future Big profit Deals?

I am new and doing homework with my Profit from RE Now book, and DG family sites. I have just made a lenders list, and am looking for other team members for building my successful business. I tend to be an investor in the Millionaires Club.
I don't stop thinking BIG you know. lol. I like Michael's credentials and he seems to be tops. He claims to be very good with Negotiation, Sales and Marketing. I also like that in reading about him, he is willing to give it his all to make the best deals possible for his clients. Both buyers and sellers, so he works both, that's great! Right?
I want to get him on my team because he sounds like a winner, as I too aim to be. The only thing is that he won't deal with any homes less than $125.000, which is ok for me for the moment. It may take a little while for me to grow up into that status. I am making a list of properties right now and need to check them to see if they would be a good investment. Then figure out all the pieces to put this together.
I have a question in regards to the lenders. Do I call them up pre-needing their service to see what their criteria is, or do I wait till I have a property in the making?
My credit isn't there and I want to use the no money down deal, or OPM methods to make my deals work. You can e-mail me, im, me. All help will greatly be appreciated! God Bless you all!
This is from his site I just copied and paste these two parts.
As a holder of a real estate broker's license, Michael has more knowledge due to the rigid requirements needed to obtain an Arizona real estate broker's license.

Michael's residential listing fee is straightforward with no "hidden costs" attached. The fee to sell your home is 6%* of the gross sales price. For this fee, you get everything you see here and an aggressive, knowledgeable Realtor who takes service to the next level.
*Of the 6% fee Michael pays out (3%) as the "cooperation fee" to the buyer's Realtor as their compensation for bringing and representing the buyer.
Fees for other types of sales
Land Sale: To list and sell a parcel of land the listing fee is 10% (under a sales price of $50,000) and 8% if over $50,000 in gross sales price.
Luxury Home Sale: Michael lists luxury homes (those sold for over $500,000) with a total listing fee of 5.5%. Of this fee, 3% is allocated for the buyers' agent cooperating fee. As a luxury seller, you get all the benefits of the regular single family package, but Michael charges less as he feels that's a reasonable fee and to charge more simply isn't fair.
Michael reserves the right to change his fees at any time. Due to some homes' location, features, and condition, he may need to charge more than what is presented here as certain homes are more difficult to sell.

Michael also does not list homes for sale under $125,000 (excluding land). He will give you recommendations if you would like.

Michael is the leading Realtor in Tucson, Arizona, with hundreds of homes sold worth of experience. If you’re looking for help with buying or selling a property in Tucson
