I just started on day one and I am looking for an agent. I have found some Remax offices and will start calling tomorrow. I was reading some of the entries and it seems many of the agents are not really investor friendly, but that is NOT going to stop me because I am on a mission.

I will make another entry tomorrow, once I have called a few offices. Like they say practice makes perfect.

Failure is not an option for me.

Hello Mema540; I was wondering how your RE calls went. I'm suppose to start my office calling tomorrow and I'm curious to see how it turned out for others.

I got alot of receptionist asking to take my number and then they would have the agent call me back. I did get a call back from a agent but I have not had time to return the call. I will call him back tomorrow.

The next office when I was asked for my number I told the receptionist that I would call back. I then got the time the agent would be in the office. I made sure that they understood that I only wanted to work with an agent who has worked with investors.

So which ever way you are most comfortable with use it. I think I like having the agent call me, that way I can interview the agent, leveling the playing field for myself. I will then go into the script.

Go to www.trulia.com and sign up (It's free).
On the right hand side bottom, you should find a box called Ask Questions. Go there and type your question in your county saying "Looking for REA's to help investor(me)to make $20-$25K. My strategy is buy,fix and sell!

You will have multiple responses within couple of hours, and call all these folks who are willing to help. It saves a lot of time, and you know already who is willing to help.

Hello Prav425, thank you for that piece of information. I most certainly will go do that. Has to be better than getting directed to one agent at a time. Great time saver which I need because I have been so busy lately with my day job, I only have time to call two offices a day.
= 2 agents.

Hello Prav425 went to trulia.com and asked the question like you stated above. I did find out very quickly who was willing to help. Most did not have a clue. One even said that investors can not make money now only the real estate agent can.

I was very enlighten to know that what we have is priceless, if we do the work and follow the blueprint.
