Pardon me

Please, pardon me, while I spam this incredible website with questions to aide me in my success. I just quit my job to do this full time (some might see this as reckless). It is not a big deal as finding just one deal will easily provide for my monthly expenses for over a month and a half! I am a single dad with full custody, who is done being limited by what the boundaries others set for me. This is going to be fun.

Best Regards,

-Marty

(P.S. - You are all about to see me on this website a LOT MORE OFTEN.)

Best Wishes on Your REI journey

Quitting your job b4 you have learned enough and closed your 1st deal seems to be as you say reckless (unless you have plenty of money=at least 6 months of living expenses saved up)

You seem 'gun-ho' at the moment and I hope you continue and reep the benefits.

Its a tough business and Not a'get rich quick' scheme, but a build wealth over time committment.

With educating yourself, networking, marketing and Committment, anyone Can succeed.

Mike

I have been studying about it for several months and of course made sure I had my ducks in a row first. Right now, I am wholesaling. I have definitely been using the site for several months already as well. My investor list is large (growing daily) and I am already working on a few properties. I completely agree that it is not a "get rich quick" scheme, but when you made $10,000 the year before, it is easy to say "That will not be hard to beat". Have you read "30 DAYS to REAL ESTATE CASH" yet?
