I keep going over the information again and again. I am practicing the numbers, and have chosen Wholesaling to start - as I don't have the capital needed to buy/flip a house right now.
All of this training is overwhelming, and I get mixed up on what to do first, but I think the more a person goes through it the "more sense" it makes, so ....
Nothing stopping me but my history. 
One thing about this business, I am finding that I have NO PROBLEM coming right out and asking people if they want to invest and talking about the training!
So, right now just plugging through the videos. I do have to say I keep wanting to just jump in but I keep remembering Matt saying "Do it by the book, do your due diligence!!" and bragging on Nate for following the training to a "T", so.....I am holding myself back and waiting until I am capable of running my first wholesale.
