2013 Restart....Ready, Set, Go!

Hello Everyone,

I've been on this site for some time now. I've tried a few programs that came up, such as the RBB, but I really didn't fully apply myself. You tend to want to put the cart before the horse instead of learning what you need first to succeed. I did put signs out in Fall of 2011, too many of them, and became so overwhelmed with responses and frustrated people that I couldn't get to fast enough. I dropped the ball...couldn't take the pressure, juggling too many things, etc. I still have all those contacts. Now a year and a few months later, trying to pick up the pieces. It's been slow. Trying to rebuild relationship with the realtor I was working with. As for the signs, the books and the RBB recommend putting out 25 signs to start. More isn't better, folks. I put out 75 and it crushed me. Start out light. Ease into the calls, because each one took me about 15 min. I received over 100 calls in 2-1/2 weeks. With a 12 hr swing shift factory job, that kind of time for that many calls is impossible. I think a lot of you can relate somewhere with the time constraint.

So as I mentioned, I'm restarting here. Going to contact the old contacts and see who's still selling their house. I'm sure many will be upset, possibly hang up or worse...who knows. We'll see. I've tried partnering on here, but every person I've contacted really wasn't too serious, didn't communicate good or keep communication, didn't want to take action or had a method of working together that wouldn't work out. So round 2. I'm looking to partner up with someone in Northern Indiana first. After the ball is rolling here, and I can afford to fly out to other locations, then I'll work out of state. If someone out of state wants to invest here, then that is doable to start out. I have no funds to invest, so anything on my end would have to be a no money down strategy.

I'm eager to push hard on making this happen...don't want to be in the factory another year. Deadlines set before to become a fulltime REI have come and passed a few times. No more. I'm going to make this happen this year. Two heads are better than one. If interested, let's make this happen! You must be motivated, willing to push hard, and please have excellent communication habits. Too many people I've come across in my life do not keep good communication. It is critical to have good communication, both in business and your personal life. It just makes things go much smoother. Eye-wink

Please contact me here and then we'll move onto sharing business contacts.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Thumbs Up

Well, at leaset you gave it your all. Do you have any idea how many people buy courses and do not ever take action? Wish you the best in 2013

Thanks Bennie

Thanks, Bennie. Same to you. Just need to push harder. I can't say I gave it my all, but I gave it. Just gotta break through these barriers with people not keeping good communication, or communicating at all. Duds. I prefer working with people that say what they mean, and do what they say. Hard to find these days.

Thanks for the wishes and encouragement.
