Help me out looking for input
I live in Phoenix AZ, I Have been living here for about 2 months. I ready don't know the phoenix area that well, cause I'm originally from Milwaukee WI. Right know I don't have a job, I don't have any money if you own to invest in real estate. And I don't know this area that well. (MY Thought!!!!!!!!! ARE) I'm originally form Milwaukee Wisconsin, I know that market better than I know the Phoenix AZ market. I was planing on investing Back where Im from, Because I know the market better but Im physically living in AZ. What would this be the best route to take? How would I go about handling this situation.
