Hello everyone. My name is Brandal Ingram and I reside in Little Rock AR. I am excited to be a part of the DG family and hope to make a lot of new friends as well as money!!! This is my dilema. I see FSBO, abandonned homes everywhere I go, but I dont know what I should do first. I really want to be successful with real estate but past failures keeps me from taking action. I tell myself I can do it and in the same breath tell myself why it wont work. I guess Im hoping the right person will read this and kinda guide my first steps. Do you have Deans Books? That would be the first thing. He gives examples of letters to send to owners...But you need to contact them..
