I'm going to do this!

I got my book yesterday! Finally! I've been reading this awesome book. I love the no money down lease option. I love the thought of making money in the beginning and the middle and the end. It's a no lose situation. I'm going to do this. My husband is skeptical but is willing to support me in any steps we need to take and is looking forward to doing any and all maintenance for the houses we find. He is so good to me. I told him no negativity because I was no longer listening. I'm taking action to make our lives and our kids's lives better than they ever were before. I'm not looking to get rich (however, if it comes with the deal I am all for it.) I am looking forward to buying clothes for my children and not having to worry about whether or not that money was needed to be used for food or the electric bill or what have you. I just don't want to stress anymore!!
I'm looking at foreclosures on the internet and finding buyers. I'm taking the steps. I'm scared and excited all at the same time! Thank you Dean!

On my time off I've been putting together a buyer's list, a seller's list, got me an agent, and have applications in for loans. I've been looking up Foreclosure homes and for sale by owners here in the Marion County area. I've been networking and talking to people and have not gotten one "Are you crazy!?!" comment yet from anyone. Everyone has been supportive and giving me ideas and places to check out and lists to go by. You are an awesome guy Dean, and I appreciate your blog and inspirational videos. I will be kicking butt and taking names later! Thanks so much for this opportunity.....P.S. It's a lot more fun than my recent job too!

Hi DG family! Things seem to be coming together quite nicely. I've got my buyer's list and my sellers list. The agents here in Salem, Oregon are really nice and like to help out as much as they can. I've already got an agent. I've also put in for a pre-approved loan. I've decided while I'm making money I might as well try and find our dream house, too! I've had many offers to help people find their dream homes. This is so nice. It's just all falling into place. Thanks Dean, this site is awesome!
