Days 74 &75

After my last entry, I didn't expect to be making another entry for about a week because I really need to make my lure order. However, Things have happened that I need to share.
Day 74:
The only RE related thing I did was I answered my PMs and (I admit) I read the new postings in my bookmarked forums.

Day 75
I believe I have found the secret to successful Bandit Sign replies: DO SOMETHING ELSE!!!
What do I mean? There is an old addige about fishing that goes "The fish bite best when you least expect it." For me, that usually happens when I would unwrap my food or just opened a nice cold drink or was relieving myself. (I get more fish when doing the last option )
Anyway, I really need to make my order so I decided that I wasn't answering the phone or anything yesterday until I was done for the day. The result of that was that I missed a call from my bandit sign. I returned that call as I was driving to a trade show looking for parts for my machinery. Don't you know that I got 3 more calls today (at the most inconvenient times)as well. I called each one back when I stopped for a late lunch and all 3 have houses they would like to sell. I got home and put my phone in it's usual spot and went into my office to look up some things from the show and wouldn't you know it, I missed another call which was another person wanting to sell a house. She got my number from the stack of cards I left at the laundramat. I will be calling her tomorrow.
I've left the info from the first caller until now for a reason. He was someone who saw my sign and wanted to try to sell me his services because he is a contractor, handyman, mortgagor, agent, etc. We spoke for a little bit and at the end, I asked if he knew of any properties that fit my buyer's criteria. Turns out, he has 2 and knows someone else who does too. I will be getting the house infos tomorrow.
So you see, you never know when things are going to fall into your lap.
Oh, by the way, I went to check out my signs today on my way home from the show and found that most of my signs are gone. Who would have thought I would get more results after my signs were gone.

So I guess I'll be posting again tomorrow. Till then...
