I have always been interested in real estate investing. Since I've purchased Dean's books, I find myself being more positive. The DG site gives me hope--even though when I first joined, it was overwhelming because of all that it offers and everyone is supportive of one another. Very informational to say the least and I hope someday soon I show some leadership to other newbies on other strategies of real estate investing. There is a lot to learn, but
I also believe the next best thing is to take action.

Go to the search tab and put in your hometown and search. I actually found about three people in my hometown, but apparently they aren't investing anymore. If nothing comes up, then put your state in the search box and go through all the names until you find someone close to your town. Once you find someone, PM them and see what they are doing and if they want to partner up.
