I am Chris Lepper, and I've had a long time interest in the power of real estate investing as a vehicle for worthwhile and rewarding business.
I have had several careers ranging from dental technician to massage therapist to cost engineer. My focus now is to build a solid base by wholesaling in the area near home in Harford County and reaching out to other areas as circumstances allow, including the Williamsburg and VA Beach areas. Of course these aren't limits... just the beginning!
In the past month I've been busy going through my Insiders Edge materials and have followed the advice of my real estate coaches. In spite of my day job, I have met with RE agents, built a beginners list of buyers, set up phone lines and attended a three day work shop where I met some really fantastic folks with goals similar to mine!
Now… to make some offers.

My main target area is Maryland, North of Baltimore. Later in this year, I'll be looking at Virginia South of Richmond. Right now the focus is on building a power team and networking for good buyers and sellers.
