hi im fabian flis and i need help breaking free from the seminar/ course rutine, i've been studying investing now since july of 2009, but im not sure what the very first move i make should be, is it look for an agent, or do i start marketing first for buyers/sellers, i dont know where to start please help,i need to get some deals under my belt.
