"Change Is Good!"

I am a happy wife, mother, and grandmother.
I am a retired Special Education teacher from Louisiana(36 wonderful years). Nineteen years ago I taught a down syndrome student to cope with the disruptions to his daily routine by giving him the motto, "Change is good". Since then, he has coped with loss of family members, lived through evacuation during Hurricane Katrina, and managed to volunteer at a local hospital and enjoy life in his community. He is my inspiration for believing that change can be embraced instead of feared. I can and will successfully immerse myself in my new chosen profession as a Real Estate Investor, and be able to leave a lasting legacy for family, friends, and others as I get the opportunity to Give Back or Pay It Forward.

My wife, Bonnie, and I want to thank the supportive people that have listened, mentored, and uplifted us as we begin our real estate investor business, PDBA Properties, LLC. To Steve Johnson and Jon Melton, whose presentations at the July, 2013 Real Estate Investment Education workshop in New Orleans, Louisiana, jump-started our new career. To Scott Lamm and Shon Stander, who brought us into the world of Real Estate investing through their knowledge, shared experiences, and encouragement at our Real Estate Investment workshop. To Julie Garfield, our Relationship Manager, who answered our many questions at the beginning of this journey. To Joe Jurek, who empowered us to plan, research, and take action(We love your journals) at our Boots on the Ground seminar. To Don at Veil Corporate for his patience while setting up our LLC. To Marianne Johnson for her delightful help in setting up our upcoming Buying Summit trip and our one-on-one mentor. To Jennifer Hartline, our one-on-one mentor, whose initial phone contact with us has put us at ease as to how we prepare for investing. To Robert Peterson and Lynn Gillman, for bringing us into the Inner Circle, where we now know we will do deals. And to Dean Graziosi, who has made it possible for us to leave a legacy for family and friends, and GIVE BACK. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
