Hopefully this is replacing my initial introduction. I am currently in the PMI mentoring program. My location is Southeast Michigan. 3 1.2 months into the Dean Graziosi Family. My success story will be coming soon as my mentor holds the fire to me and I appreciate the encouragement. Ready to flip and do all things to build a buyers list. I have an agent that regularly sends me listings but close to home seems like a war zone. Gonna head a bit east west and North. South looks sad but hopeful. We're analyzing the area. House prices down. I suppore the right buyers may want these places as rentals. We'll see. I am getting my feet wet. Ready to plunge into investing with the guidance of my mentor and any one else that has any suggestion. Would love to have a support group of investors. Been to one meeting but I don's think it was RE specific. Just Business Networking. I did meet my agent there. She's been great so far. I can do this. I can do this.
