my name is Paul. I was told that it means little wagonmaker in some language. thanks for getting back to me Duane. I am a retired printer. I don't usually talk about myself. I did ask a question before about a house that belongs to my son. it is in disrepair the mortgage is about 13000. he needs about 35000 out of it. with about 15000 in repairs should sell for at least 100000. it is only 2 miles from me,it is a good neighborhood, good schools. I have very good credit score. I could probably get a home equity loan on my house. I think a good a good one to start with. anyone elses thoughts?

can I ask a question about my own experience & a family member who has a house in disrepair. if I should consider buying it for around $35000 with some work about $15000, it should be worth $110,000.
