I am an unemployed guy deeply in debt and in major need of a financial turn around b4 the you know what hits the Fan. I feel like I'm walking a tight rope between 2 tall skyscrapers with know safety net below me. I'm trying to bring myself up to speed with regard to my real estate investing knowledge as fast as I can, but admitedly, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. My learning curb is usually slower than the Average Joe out there. Therefore, I would deeply appreciate any help any one can offer me.
