I am married with two kids, I`m buying a house that I rehabbed.
Our home is really nice I want to pay it off soon.
My wife is so hard to get along with these days due to the market crashing,
the money flow on my end, has slowed down almost to a stop.
I have been doing construction to keep thing going and reading my DG books trying to see if I could do this one deal,to get started.
Enough of that - "I want in" .

Not yet! Wait until I sell it, she knows, all of the kids are now in college.
We have one son thats in High School.

It needs a new family now. I will post it under Ads now that I have read the rules. And I must say I like this site even more! talk with you guys soon.

There are so many of you, living in Rental Property Today and could be living in your Own Home, Investmnt,Your Bank.
After paying so much into others properties you still have nothing to call your own.

I want to change that.Contact me,think of your Children they will need that helping hand when you are gone.
