I'm currently working full time as a bookkeeper in downtown Sacramento. I been in the company for four years now not so happy about it. I barely pay my bills on time so I decided to take Dean"s 30 real estate course. I have seen it before on infomercial but didn't take any action. Now, I am purely convince that this is going to be something I need to really work on and put lots of effort to succeed. I'm really confident that Dean's real estate course will be a saving patron after reading parts of the book. All I have to do is really take action from now on.

on my spare time, I like to read books of different topics but mostly business books. I like computers and surfing the net for some business ideas that is profitable and not a whole lot of work.

Cash buyers needed

I just started Dean's Graziosi 30 days to real estate cash, I was amaze of all the information I have read thoroughout the book. I had the book last week and started going to it page by page at home and during my free time at work. By now I have finally got into the last page, and trying to review all the vital information I have written down. I was familiar with some of the documents of closing and financing and I think be able to get into a deal immediately.

I found few properties 30-40% below market price that's waiting to sell out by the bank. This is a bank owned property under fanni mae and they want to get rid of this as much as possible to reduce the inventory. I don't have a good credit to make this deal happen but I"m willing to do a contract deal to anyone who is interested. I believe I be able to clear all the negative points on my credit as soon as I have some good resources to settle it. My area is within the Sacramento, Roseville, Elk Grove county. Please let me know if there are anyone interested.

Cash buyers

I started contacting at least three agents to check the prospective foreclose properties in Sacramento area. these Houses have three bed two baths and 30% percent below market price, 1 out of 3 would be for keeps because of nice potential profit. The properties are well kept really look nice from the images provided with the matching description. But to make sure, I will be with the agent to physically check if any improvement has to be added. I'm looking for buyers on this great deal,ASAP.

I'm on my third week of Dean's 30 days fast cash real estate investing course. At this time, I talk to some prospective buyers that I have collected on craig's list and online resources as well. I have check-out few of bank owned properties from where I lived. I have gathered some information from a nice realtor that show me the house. Now, I'm ready to make my offer to at least couple of them and pass it down to investors with nice profit. I wanted to ask anyone for suggestion to where to start a offer in terms of the asking price or a retail value of the property itself. I just wanted to make sure I be getting this right. I would appreciate some suggestions, thanks.
