I have read many books on the ins and outs of real estate. I have purchased several real estate investor courses, and now this one... Even though the individual that I spoke with on the phone when I called the 800# was only trying to get me to buy more Dean Graziosi business "start up" related material and soon ended our conversation when they realized that I would not be buying MORE material... I will still give this a 100% earnest effort and attempt to reach what is stated. That I can (according to the commercails) just buy these books, read them, apply them. With poor credit, no skill, and no money down, and become a successful real estate investor. Is thi s the one that I have been looking for?

I am going to tell you how I feel about the this program and this is coming from someone that has bought into to every kind of program about Real Esate.

I haven't called the 800# that you are talking about. Dean or his team has not once tried to call me and pressure me into anything.

I do know that I have read both books and no where on this earth will you get as much as dean has offered for $19.95. You get free advice and more.

I have had someone that is in the book to commented on a post that I made. They were very helpful too.

The help is here if you want it and you can do it. I have found a couple of investors and attorney. I am working on finding more investors and looking everyday for great deals.

Follow the advice that they give you, work hard on finding deals and closing them.
