High everyone,

I'm new hear and I'm in the middle of reading Dean's book and I wanted to hear from anybody who will comment on how really easy it is to take the info out of this book and apply it in real world situations without seeking one of Dean's mentoring programs.

Don't get me wrong, if I could afford a program I definitely would it's just I already spent $25K on a real estate investment program last Jan. 08 and was promised to make my money back and nothing. If I were to spend more money on another program without seeing a return in my already invested amount, my wife will shoot me.

So if anyone has any insperational words to say about how they started or any testimonials as to the quality of Dean's coaching program, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks ahead of time
