My wife is very negative. I really want ot do this for my family. however it is difficult to get anything done at home. I am sending this email form the library. I listen to deans video blogs for inspiration but im hoping to connect with some of you for encouragement. I am going thru the online courses i am reading the books and i signed up for the success academy. I have got some bank owned properties to go look at I'm not sure what to do after that i have the name of the person real estate agent should I call her first before i look at the property or call her and have her tell her hwat i want to do I am not working so i think i should do assignments Any advice. thank you for your time David
