I have spent the last 31 years working in the oil & gas fields all over Oklahoma and West Texas ... 30 years as a "Driller" on work-over rigs ... the last 10 years as a "Tool Hand" running down hole tools on drilling rigs and work-over rigs. After being injured on the rig, I finally made it down to my truck and sat there for two hours, for someone to take me to the ER. Nobody offered, so I called 911 and got an ambulance headed my way. Consequently, I got fired/laid off about one month later, so I hired a lawyer. I have always had an impeccable reputation as a leader and supervisor, and STILL do, but will hire me now, because I've been "black-balled" for suing.
I have known about Dean Graziosi for a while now, and finally bought his latest book, as well as the study course through PMI. I am just about ready to step out of my "comfort zone" and get started on what I would love to call my new career.
After 31 years in the same game, I was the one who people and called, when they had a question or needed direction, and trusted in what I told them (sometimes in life or death situations) Now ... I am the one who needs questions answered as well as directions.
The GOOD LORD has thrown curve balls may way before ...
some people say "don't swing at a curve ball"
I say "go for it" just pick the one your most comfortable with !!
Aloha & Mahalo!
