Just wanted to stop by and say hello. Please fill in at least some of your bio information, such as your location & interests. This will attract similar-minded people....although we already know that we all share an interest in real estate.
As for your question.....an LLC is not needed to get started making money; however it is very good to use one when making real estate transactions. Be sure to ask your questions within the TOp Users platform in the lower left side of the screen. Also, the search space in the upper right-hand corner of the screen is an awesome tool...just insert a keyword or keywords.
