Back Dating A Deed
May 6th, 2008 | posted by AnitarnyI have a question that I would really appreciate an answer to.
If a warranty deed was created in 2004 and filed in tax accessors office but probate court, and tax bill is in new owners name but not property (legally) and new owner now in 2008 wanted to sell property and just found this fact out, what if any reason would there be to do another quit claim deed and back date it to 2004.
Before I explore how I feel on this subject please send me our comments and/or knowledge.

How to Own Land Anonymously Through the Little Known - Land Trust
April 30th, 2008 | posted by AnitarnyCould you benefit from a structure that disguises your ownership of real estate?
If you own rental properties and have been sued by your tenants, or you are otherwise a target for litigation, this structure should be of particular interest. And in this age of the Internet, potential litigants no longer need to go down to the county courthouse or recorders office to find out who owns a particular property. They just need to conduct an instantaneous computer search to locate all property you own in the United States.

How to get hold of a contract.
April 27th, 2008 | posted by JeremiahSince I'm young, have no money, but an incredible amount of enthusiasm, assigning contracts seemed right up my alley. I was just wondering how do I get hold of an assignment contract. Do I merely call up a lawyer and tell him that I'm interested in assigning contracts, meet with him and talk about details, then have him write one up? Or do I need to find a property first, then call a lawyer and talk about contracts? Do I need a lawyer at all?!! Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Locking in Investor's instead of them going to the Homeowner Themselves
April 19th, 2008 | posted by earleyeagleHello,
I know of three properties that are about to be listed but are not yet offically up for sale. I know a hand full of people that will probably be all over these properties when the listings are made and the signs go up!
My question is how do I lock these people into paying me a so called 'Finders Fee' for letting them know ahead of time that these properties will be for sale in the case that they end up purchasing the property?
Are there any legal ways to insure they don't just bypass me and go straight to the selling agents?
Contracts needed
April 16th, 2008 | posted by benbekaIt is very expensive to have contracts drawn up... we can have lawyers draw them up but it would be a huge help if Dean could post sample contracts for a complete assignment deal. The contracts that are currently posted are not complete and some are confusing. Thank you!
